United Painting Services, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own drywall, paint, and interiors projects from buyout through closeout. This full-time role is based in our Charlotte office with regular travel to job sites across the Carolinas.

You will buy out work, order materials, run schedules with superintendents, track budgets, and ensure timely GC billings. You'll manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports in ACC, and act as the GC's main contact while guiding supers and

Qualifications

• Construction background; PMs preferred but strong GC PMs/APMs considered.
• PMs from drywall/paint/interiors subs or seasoned field leaders may step into PM role.
• Experience with budgets, costs to complete, change orders, pay apps, and retainage.

Responsabilités

• Own drywall, paint, and interiors projects from buyout through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedule with superintendents, and ensure timely GC billings.
• Price and push change orders; track RFIs, submittals, and daily reports in ACC.
• Be the GC's main contact and lead supers, foremen, and APM/PE.
• Document everything; keep logs current; travel across Carolinas.
