Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead field crews on-site in our North Carolina projects.

The role requires preplanning, organizing, tracking, and auditing daily field operations and labor hours to meet production targets. Ideal candidates have at least five years of commercial drywall experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preplan and organize day-to-day field operations.
• Track and audit labor hours and material usage.
• Communicate clearly with General Contractors and customers.
• Prepare and review daily progress reports and RFI's.
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce safety and quality standards.
