Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Experience managing diverse projects across healthcare, education, corporate, industrial, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and project financials.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, building systems, and documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout activities.
• Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, change management, contract administration, and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal project teams and provide leadership to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
• Review drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks while proactively developing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
• Support business development by fostering client relationships and contributing to repeat opportunities.
