Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience as Construction Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience managing diverse projects across healthcare, education, corporate, industrial, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout activities.
• Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, change management, contract administration, and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal project teams and lead Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
• Review drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks; proactively develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
