You will guide teams from preconstruction through closeout on technically complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience leading large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of mission critical construction projects, including data centers, technology facilities, advanced manufacturing, and other technically complex developments.
• Manage all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and procurement strategies.
• Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and project forecasting.
• Collaborate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership groups to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead owner meetings, project reviews, and executive-level communications.
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, value engineering, and operational efficiency.
