ARCO National Holdings in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance, coordinating with owners and the design team to optimize value and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review, and cost reporting.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and design team.
• Lead buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
