Job summary

CDCI Inc in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a full-time Senior Construction Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in design and construction of commercial projects for Government agencies. You will oversee projects from bidding to execution and act as a key contact for clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and organizational skills, and experience managing teams. A BS in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required. Salary ranges from $130k to $200k based on experience, along with health insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields.
• Professional architectural/engineering license is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
• Experience working with a team.

Responsibilities

• Review design build drawings for coordination.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
