Job summary

The Conlan Company in Marietta, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, and safety.

Candidates should have 10+ years with a GC in commercial/industrial and 2–5 years in data center projects; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Viewpoint, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• College degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a General Contractor in Commercial, Industrial and Office facilities.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience with Data Center projects.
• Proven leadership of project teams to meet corporate and client goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with plan take-off and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Viewpoint, Procore, Bluebeam preferred.
• Willingness to travel (25%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish and manage budgets.
• Establish project teams and monitor progress against objectives.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all components and trades.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review project documents.
• Prepare monthly reports and pay apps; manage change orders.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel as required.
