The role involves program management, financial controls, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience managing complex construction projects valued at $250M+.
• Experience across electrical, mechanical, controls, security, and networking utilities.
• Expert-level experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and advanced analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and oversight of data center construction projects.
• Ensure program quality and manage requests for information during construction.
• Coordinate with program managers to align project cash flow with budget.
