Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, change orders, contract modifications, and project closeout processes.
• Develop and implement department-wide process improvements and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA standards and applicable regulations.
• Lead design contract management, scope development, and design review coordination.
• Oversee coordination with architects/engineers and regulatory agencies to comply with laws.
