Qualifications

• Extensive commercial interior construction project management experience.
• Experience with preconstruction, estimating, bidding, and execution.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, scheduling software, estimating/bidding platforms, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in presales meetings with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with project estimating, bidding, quoting, scope development, and budget preparation.
• Review drawings, specs, and shop drawings to identify challenges and feasibility.
• Conduct constructability reviews, site assessments, and field verification.
• Develop detailed project schedules, procurement plans, installation timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage projects from planning through final installation and closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, installers, architects, and clients.
• Oversee schedules, site logistics, and trade coordination.
• Monitor budgets, resources, schedules, and deliverables to ensure execution.
• Identify and resolve challenges, scheduling conflicts, and project risks.
• Maintain client relationships and clear communication throughout each project.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Oversee quotes, bids, purchase orders, subcontractor costs, change orders, and billing.
• Monitor profitability and financial objectives.
