Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Boston, MA to lead client-driven projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate goals, budgets, and schedules, acting as the senior client liaison and ensuring alignment with both client and internal teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining master schedules, coordinating due diligence, and guiding design development to signoff. Strong analytical, budgeting, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong analytical and budgeting/scheduling capabilities.
• Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Must reside in the Massachusetts region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and assumptions for achieving objectives.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria for JLL and client needs.
• Build rapport with client representatives and understand project scopes.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and deliver documentation.
• Develop detailed project budgets based on data and assumptions.
• Act as senior level client contact throughout the project.
• Guide design and construction documentation through to signoff.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare RFPs for vendor/contractor services and manage selection.
• Lead critical project meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage performance against schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
• Direct construction contractors through closeout.
