Jobtailor is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee all phases of initiatives from design through construction and budget management. You will guide a team, align efforts with business goals, and shape client communications.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven oversight and strong contract governance. Responsibilities include stakeholder facilitation, procurement strategy, and optimizing workflows to deliver high-impact client projects that drive revenue while enabling strategic growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Expert skills in construction project management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts for site visits and client engagements.
• Flexibility to attend evening town meetings and public hearings as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management including design, construction, and budget management
