Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced construction schedule professional to manage data center project timelines from planning through completion. You will ensure schedules align with milestones, maintain logic and dependencies, and report critical path priorities to the client management team.

You will lead junior staff, collaborate with site teams and client leads, and travel to client sites as required to ensure objectives are met with precision and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 7 years of experience, including 5+ years in data center construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Certification with PMI, AACE or CMAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules through all construction phases.
• Build and update schedules with accurate logic, durations and milestones.
• Review change orders and payment applications for contract alignment.
• Monitor and report critical path priorities to client management.
