Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Project Manager to oversee a Delivery Project from contract implementation through completion. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications while ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management or engineering, 8+ years of experience, and travel 40-60%. Procore and project management systems will be central to daily duties, with responsibility to mentor Project Managers.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Construction Management or engineering field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project.
• Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Manage the Project Budget and the requirements of the Contract.
• Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore).
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development.
• Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews.
• Implement the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan.
• Manage and develop all Project Managers.
