Job summary

All South Consulting Engineers is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager (CPM) to join our Construction Management Division. This role will oversee large-scale commercial and municipal infrastructure projects in the Greater New Orleans Region, from vertical construction to roadway improvements and utility installations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of Louisiana building codes, permitting, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale commercial and municipal projects from design to completion.
• Manage project budgets and track costs to stay within budget.
• Coordinate contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Oversee on-site construction and ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate stakeholders and report progress to clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance in Louisiana.
