You will own high-impact civil projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and owners to ensure quality and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in civil PM, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and strong skills in quantity takeoffs, cost forecasting, scheduling, and contract

• Strong background in quantity takeoffs, cost forecasting, project scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction execution, material quantities, logistics, and field logistics.
• Drive job cost forecasting, track budget performance, and manage change orders to protect profitability.
• Build, monitor, and adjust master schedules to keep projects on deadline and within scope.
• Partner directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and project owners to maintain quality and alignment.
