Suffolk is seeking a Planning Analytics Manager to lead CPM scheduling, data analytics, and AI-driven enhancements across major projects. You will oversee scheduling, reporting, and governance while leveraging cutting-edge tools to improve predictability and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience, PSP certification, and strong leadership. The role collaborates with planning, IT, and operations to transform how scheduling informs business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project scheduling with large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in planning, scheduling, and data visualization.
• PSP certification or equivalent accreditation within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 100+ projects and predict schedule risks.
• Implement scheduling best practices and ensure SOP compliance.
• Advance technology & data by implementing cutting-edge tools to improve scheduling processes.
• Manage a small team of Planning Analysts and support planners.
• Consolidate monthly schedule status reports for all active projects with KPI dashboards.
• Review internal baselines for projects >$5M to ensure SOP compliance and identify risks.
• Analyze portfolio with planning metrics, tripwires, and dashboards to forecast risks.
• Conduct deep dive analyses on at-risk projects and present findings to leadership.
• Deploy external tools such as SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, and Graphic Schedule for analysis.
• Train and mentor users on P6 administration and advanced techniques.
