Job summary

Oradeo Limited in Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Planner for a leading tier-one contractor. You will develop programmes, manage schedules, and monitor progress across major construction and civil projects.

The role requires 5+ years' experience and strong Primavera P6, Excel and PowerPoint skills, with collaborative engagement of project teams and stakeholders. Relocation support and attractive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
Experience in construction/civil engineering scheduling.
Proficient in Primavera P6, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare contract and project programmes, producing ongoing monthly progress reports.
Monitor progress trends, outputs and resources across projects to enhance planning.
Complete scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts.
Collaborate closely with project teams on all planning and schedule-related activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with the wider project team and stakeholders.
Carry out short- to medium-term planning reviews, providing forward-looking insight to mitigate risks.
Challenge approaches and drive continuous improvement for optimal outcomes.
