Job summary

First Point Group seeks a Senior Owner’s Representative to lead the delivery of complex hyperscale data center developments. You will oversee projects from planning through handover, safeguarding objectives and coordinating engineers, architects, and contractors to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will drive risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience representing owners, developers, or investors on complex capital projects.
• Experience with mission critical, data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial developments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Deep understanding of construction delivery methods, contracts, project controls, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As the Senior Owner’s Representative, you will act as the developer’s lead representative throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing major data center developments from initial planning through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will be responsible for safeguarding project objectives, managing stakeholder relationships, driving schedule performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of mission critical facilities that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Data center, hyperscale, or digital infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with projects exceeding $100M+ in value.
• Knowledge of MEP-intensive environments and critical systems.
• Experience working directly for an owner, developer, or developer's representative organization.
