• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth and strategic development of the Data Center / Mission Critical business across the US

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Proven leadership experience delivering Data Center, Mission Critical, or Advanced Technology construction projects
• Strong understanding of mission critical systems including power, cooling, redundancy, uptime standards, and Tier classifications
• Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex construction programs
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams within a General Contractor or Developer environment
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities within the mission critical market
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on hyperscale data centre campuses or large enterprise mission critical programs
• Familiarity with design-build and integrated project delivery models
• Exposure to sustainable construction practices, resilience-focused design, and LEED methodologies
• Strong network within the Data Centre and Mission Critical construction industry
