Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead delivery of hyperscale data center campuses across the United States. The role will oversee preconstruction, EPCM/GC oversight, and commissioning handoff from the owner's side at a high-growth energy infrastructure platform.

You will lead multi-site planning, budget, schedule, and procurement, while managing EPCM firms, GCs, and key vendors. Collaboration with development, engineering, and operations is essential as the portfolio

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management or project delivery.
• 5+ years in data center, mission-critical, or advanced infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities in a high-growth environment.
• In-depth understanding of construction delivery models, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience supporting commissioning and facility handover.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

A publicly traded energy infrastructure platform is seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead delivery of hyperscale data center campuses across the United States.

The company develops and operates an integrated portfolio of power, digital infrastructure, and compute assets purpose-built for energy-intensive, next-generation technologies, and is scaling a large, multi-site construction pipeline at pace.

This senior leadership role will oversee construction delivery from the owner's side, including preconstruction, EPCM/GC oversight, and commissioning handoff, at a company in a genuine high-growth phase.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost control, and schedule commitments across concurrent builds
• Drive commissioning, integrated systems testing, and successful turnover to operations

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of construction delivery models, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience supporting commissioning and facility handover
• Familiarity with tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's or MBA a plus)
