Integrate Construction Partners is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to lead the daily management of multiple construction projects, mentor project managers and field staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion. The role involves coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve value-driven building solutions across local and out-of-state sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing and mentoring junior staff and overseeing project teams of 6-20 people.
• Expert knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor project teams through all phases from permitting to closeout.
• Develop and implement safety, quality, learning and operations programs.
• Meet deadlines on multiple projects at different progress stages.
• Attend kickoff/coordination meetings to provide cost, constructability and schedule input.
• Represent the company positively in project meetings and promote relationships with subs, suppliers and clients.
• Oversee travel to job sites locally and out of state.
