Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing Senior Project Manager to lead our College Park field services team and help drive project success from proposal to final invoicing.

You will oversee daily reports, budgets, invoices, and change orders while mentoring junior PMs and expanding client relationships. This role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Construction/Materials/Architectural Eng or Geology; note some tech degrees may not count.
• Minimum 5 full years of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure as PE or PG required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance if driving for ECS.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of heavy construction safety and CMT standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of CMT projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Review daily reports and coordinate with project teams; resolve issues.
• Prepare invoices and pay applications; assist with collections.
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders; attend client meetings.
• Mentor junior project managers and support staffing decisions.
• Market services and maintain existing client relationships.
