Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires a Civil/Construction Management background, 8 years of construction management experience on relevant projects, and familiarity with multiple delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 8 years of progressive CM experience in water, wastewater, or public infrastructure.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.
• Experience with project controls, documentation, and construction administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, and closeout docs.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
