You will oversee field construction, safety compliance, scheduling, and coordination with Project Managers, Engineering, and field crews on transmission and distribution projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction, maintenance, or related experience.
• Must be local to Berlin, CT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality across field construction activities.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project construction.
• Provide daily progress, cost, and schedule reports.
• Review design and construction documents for constructability.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with environmental compliance and permitting teams.
• Mentor junior staff and lead safety investigations.
