Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction or maintenance experience, specifically in transmission/substation.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance and construction quality assurance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities across transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Develop and manage construction teams, including internal staff and external contractors.
• Oversee permitting and ensure timely submission of all required applications.
• Run weekly construction meetings, documenting progress and issues.
• Ensure contractor adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
