Job summary

Suntec Concrete seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead safety leadership, enforce quality standards, and cultivate strong external relationships with GCs. You will drive zero-incident culture, coach CM I/II, and oversee incident investigations.

You will plan manpower, partner with operations and HR on workforce strategy, and ensure field teams deliver accurate reporting and on-time communication. This role also focuses on developing internal talent for CM roles across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading zero-incident safety cultures across multiple projects.
• Ability to coach CM I and CM II on leadership behaviors.
• Proven ability to enforce quality standards and align field work with contract specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture across all projects under oversight.
• Coach CM I/II on safety leadership and behaviors.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with PTPs, IWPs, and safety requirements at all sites.
• Plan labor deployment across projects and forecast manpower needs.
• Partner with Operations and HR on workforce strategy and succession planning.
• Ensure field teams report accurately and communicate timely.
