Qualifications

• 6+ years of power generation or energy industry experience in project management.
• 10+ years in construction management on large power plant projects.
• Knowledge in quality standards (ANSI, ACI, NEC, etc.).
• Ability to manage large contract scopes.
• Experience interpreting EPC contracts and coordinating with main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction project at the site, including budgets and schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for scope not in EPC contract.
• Interpret EPC contract and work with main contractor through commercial operation.
• Report progress and budgets to management using standard processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and operations staff on site.
• Review and approve monthly invoices from the EPC contractor.
• Respond to delays and emergencies and coordinate RFIs with Owner’s Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Assist with plant turnover activities with operations staff.
