• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, productivity, and cost control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients.
• Identify and resolve field execution challenges to keep projects on track.
• Support contract administration, labor strategy, and overall project performance.
