Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related field
• 7–10 years of experience managing construction projects of comparable scale and complexity
• Experience with public-sector capital delivery, historic/landmark projects is preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training required or to be obtained within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction oversight, inspect work for compliance with contract requirements, and maintain daily field records
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and procurement processes for capital projects
• Coordinate with NYC Parks, regulatory bodies, and contractors; manage submittals and project documentation
• Mentor and supervise Construction Managers and ensure consistent field practices and safe work conditions
