Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC Kittery at the Naval Shipyard Kittery, ME. The CM will provide technical services across all construction phases on diverse projects within the AOR.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings for constructability, coordinating meetings, managing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. A PE/RA is desirable, with a minimum of seven years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in construction management or related roles on commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience supervising construction operations and understanding engineering concepts.
• Professional registration or demonstrated path toward PE/RA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-final drawings for constructability and field condition compatibility.
• Attend pre-bid site visits and document questions.
• Coordinate post-award meetings, QC, design reviews, and meetings.
• Review submittals and approve technical documents per contract requirements.
• Manage RFIs and monitor budget and schedule to prevent overruns.
• Provide technical solutions to unforeseen construction issues and support field changes.
• Coordinate with IPT PM and government liaison for PCAS and asset turnover.
