Job summary

Reporting to the VP of Construction Operations, you will coordinate scopes, budgets, and schedules while leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• At least two years construction management experience.
• Aptitude for organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple priorities with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital projects and redevelopment of Berkshire-owned multifamily communities.
• Assist in development of scope of work and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Coordinate and share asset redevelopment plans with operations to set vision and expectations.
