Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to lead planning, estimating, and contract management on large capital projects. The role requires CCM certification, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage QA/QC, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

The candidate will oversee field teams, review contractor plans, manage risk, and promote a culture of safety throughout project execution. This position is based in Oklahoma with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading large capital projects with emphasis on safety and QA/QC.
• CCM certification required or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning, estimating, and contract management activities.
• Support QA/QC staffing, cost control, schedule management, and project reporting.
• Participate in contractor qualification, selection, and contracting strategy.
• Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and change requests.
• Manage construction progress tracking and project closeout activities.
• Audit inspection processes and documentation.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and claims.
• Provide field leadership to inspection and construction teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
