Job summary
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development invites applications for a Senior Construction Manager at the 2 Broadway, NYC office. You will establish and audit construction delivery standards across engineering and architectural disciplines in C&D Delivery, and help manage construction processes to meet professional and MTA standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management or related field.
- Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Reviews in-house technical designs for constructability in non-design-build projects.
- Monitors and audits third-party technical design and construction activities for contract compliance.
- Provides continuous construction oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocates constructability review team members to schedules and milestones.
- Documents conforming and non-conforming work and tracks outstanding issues.
