Job summary

SIRIS LLC is seeking a Project Management and Construction Management professional for the Department of Veterans Affairs EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tuskegee VA Medical Center. You will act as an extension of the VA project team, supporting the COR throughout construction with oversight of schedule, budget, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning.

The role requires at least three years in field construction, quality assurance, and contractor performance monitoring, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years directly related to field construction activities, quality assurance, and contractor performance monitoring.
• Working knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Knowledge of General Contractor and subcontractor field operations.
• Construction administration.
• Performing daily field inspections.
• Quality assurance and quality control.
• Submittal review and management.
• RFI tracking and coordination.
• Inspection and testing coordination.
• Deficiency identification and reporting.
• Construction change order support.
• Budget monitoring.
• Claims analysis support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and construction management support for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tuskegee VA Medical Center.
• Coordinate with VA personnel, A/E teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule and budget, track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and commissioning support.
