SIRIS LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to support an Electronic Health Record Modernization program at the Bath VA Medical Center. The role requires 10+ years in project management, leading large federal healthcare/construction projects and acting as Owner's Representative with multiple contractors and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible construction/PM experience may be substituted for a degree.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Owner's Representative for the VA throughout all project phases.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for healthcare construction projects.
• Ensure alignment with VA standards, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead coordination among contractors, architects, engineers, facility leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
