Black & Veatch Family of Companies in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site coordination of a major project. You will mobilize to the site for project duration, oversee CPM-driven schedules, safety, cost, and quality decisions with the Project Field Manager, and mentor superintendents.

The role requires 14+ years in construction supervision, union or union-management experience, and strong knowledge of HV transmission and substations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 14+ years of construction supervisory experience required.
• OSHA training and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site subcontractor activities to align with the CPM schedule.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change management with the Project Controls team.
• Lead safety, quality, and environmental programs on site.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to the Field Manager.
