• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project experience.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage client relationships in complex projects.
• Proficiency with company engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver on commitments and ensure safety-first execution.
• Review vendor drawings, fabrication submittals, and construction specs for conformance.
• Coordinate contractor activities to avoid delays and ensure schedule adherence.
• Interface with design leaders and field personnel to resolve issues on site.
• Provide on-site startup support and manage client relationships on multiple projects.
