UDR is seeking a Construction Manager for a client project in Aiken, SC, to support the Savannah River Site. The position requires design-build experience, a GC background or significant estimating experience, and federal project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13–15 years of practical construction experience.
• Associate degree with 15–17 years of practical experience or high school diploma with 17–19 years of practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design-build experience demonstrated as a hard requirement.
• Self-perform GC background or 5+ years estimating, with strong preference.
• Must have federal experience where work touches federal clients.

Education
