Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Construction Manager for the Savannah River Site project, based in Aiken, SC. The role requires design-build leadership, self-perform GC background or proven estimating experience, and federal project familiarity. Experience with large construction initiatives and DOE/NNSA work is preferred.

The candidate will manage multifaceted construction disciplines, collaborate with federal clients, and support site activities in Aiken, SC.

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Construction Manager opportunity for our customer in Aiken, SC to support the Savannah River Site.

DUTIES

• Design-build experience, hard must-have.
• Self-perform GC background or 5+ years estimating, strong nice-to-have.
• Must have federal experience where the work touches federal clients.
• Experience with large construction projects and working with DOE/NNSA (Preferred)
• Multifaceted in all construction disciplines (Preferred)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13 - 15 years of practical experience in construction. In-depth knowledge of construction. An associate degree and 15 - 17 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A high school diploma and 17 - 19 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
