Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Federal Solutions team at Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. You will lead contract actions, review contractor plans, and supervise submittals for large civil/industrial projects.

The role requires 15+ years of field construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field. No security clearance is required at this time. Parsons emphasizes growth, agility, and supporting our government customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all phases of the contract modification process.
• Assists in preparation of scopes of work for RFPs
• Assists in preparation of government estimates
• Reviews contractors' proposals
• Participates in or conducts negotiations
• Assists in preparation of contract modification documentation.
• Manages review and analysis of contractor plans and technical submittals.
• Provides approval/disapproval recommendation to COR.
