Job summary

Decima International is seeking a Construction Manager for Utility Power & Data Center Infrastructure to lead on-site execution in South Padre Island, TX or Amarillo, TX. The role demands strong project management, coordination with utility providers, and experience with high-voltage systems.

The candidate will manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and energization milestones across hyperscale data center projects, working closely with clients and EPC partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience with utility infrastructure or related electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience delivering power generation, utility infrastructure, mission‑critical, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for utility power infrastructure supporting large-scale data center developments.
• Develop, manage, and report on scope, schedule, budget, safety, and energization milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, utility providers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful energization and turnover.
