Qualifications

• BS Engineering (ME, ChE) or Construction Management degree.
• 10+ years of proven construction experience.
• Ability to read equipment schematics, PIDs, and construction drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and align Site Construction activities, ensuring safe and proper delivery.
• Oversee commissioning and subcontracting activities on schedule and at cost.
• Promote safety awareness among site personnel including contractors.
• Provide construction execution philosophy for key deliverables.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for contractor site management.
• Coordinate with designers, commissioners and operations on construction issues.
• Review contractor plans to complete the work.
• Ensure proper job cards and work packs are executed.
• Evaluate contractor performance for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
