WillScot is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support complex construction projects across our nationwide operations. You will interact with customers, sales teams, and the construction services team to scope work, prepare budgets, and contribute to bid/proposal development.

You will lead front-end and back-end construction phases, coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure profitability, safety, and on-time completion. Travel up to 30% is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma.
• 7+ years in Project Management and Construction Management including estimating.
• BS or AS in Construction-related field preferred.
• Prefabricated Structures experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify opportunities and develop project program requirements.
• Review bid documents, blueprints, specs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Develop scopes of work, baseline estimates, and vendor recommendations.
• Produce drawings and proposals, Go/No Go reviews.
• Schedule milestones and manage budget (Procore).
• Oversee project superintendents and subcontractors for quality and safety.
• Coordinate schedules and materials with customers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Manage projects using Procore and Salesforce.
