Placements24 client, a leading construction firm, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee East London projects, from planning through delivery. You'll drive on-site execution for commercial and retail fit-outs, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role demands strong leadership, detailed scheduling, cost control, and safe practices across sites. You will coordinate clients, designers, and subcontractors, reporting progress and managing budgets to meet milestones.

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction management for commercial/retail fit-outs.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and PM principles.
• Proficiency with MS Project or other site-specific software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; client-facing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and site safety.

• Manage and coordinate all site activities for commercial and retail construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and quality.
