Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction management for commercial/retail fit-outs.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and PM principles.
• Proficiency with MS Project or other site-specific software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; client-facing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and site safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced fit-out projects, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities
