• Ensures quality control by completing pre-construction, interim, and final inspections with detailed punch-lists.
• Implements cost optimization revisions and process improvements in construction workflows.
• Leads staff recruitment, orientation, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies and building codes.
