Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
• Five years of experience or more preferred; including minimum of two years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with selecting and bidding to qualified contractors and budget preparation.
• Schedule expenditures and monitor costs; analyze variances.
• Write purchase orders and review invoices for approval.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and company policies; conduct inspections.
• Maintain safety and health practices; perform pre-construction, interim and final inspections.
• Prepare annual budget and analyze variances; propose corrective actions.
• Recruit, select and orient staff; train and coach employees.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting financial and KRAs per company plan.
