The primary duties of the Senior Construction Manager are to assist in pursuing projects with various public agencies and, once contracts are underway, to technically and administratively represent a project owner throughout construction on a variety of public and quasi-public infrastructure projects.
Projects may include highway and bridge projects, aviation, maritime, transit, rail grade separations, and other transportation-related projects.
